Founded
in 2000, KBD* represents individuals and corporations,
plaintiffs and defendants, in all areas of civil litigation. KBDs
primary goal is to achieve positive outcomes for its clients and
to enjoy its clients confidence in long term relationships.
KBD will accept engagements that it finds to have the potential
to be profitable and/or interesting. KBD takes an entrepreneurial
approach to setting fees and will entertain contingent fees**,
hybrid fees, flat fees, result-oriented fees***
and hourly fees (including the use of blended rates). KBD is not
limited to taking action in Dallas and is often engaged in several
lawsuits across Texas. KBD currently serves, and is available to
serve, as local counsel in Dallas County. While KBD is selective
in which new cases it accepts, all inquiries are welcome.
