David Diaz

David was born in El Paso, Texas on December 28, 1971. David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1995 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1999. David was admitted to practice law in the state of Texas in 1999. During his third year of law school, David was the Managing Editor of the Texas Bank Lawyer. David is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas. David is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. Before joining Korn, Bowdich & Diaz, L.L.P., David was an associate at Andrew R. Korn, P.C. Since being licensed in November, 1999, David has handled over one hundred collection cases and has tried two collection cases to judgment before the court.
